Richard gained his qualifications via the apprenticeship route, after which he took a management role running the electrical side at a firm of Plumbers in North Wales.

Richards strength and determination drove him to commence with his own sole trader business in 2005 and his success enabled him to employee others and evolving into a limited company resulting in the company being where it is today.
